What to expect
Step into our handmade magical woodland, where Mrs Claus or Elfie will welcome your little one and guide them through for their own special visit with Santa.
We want every child’s visit with Santa to feel really special and personal. Santa will already know a little bit about your child before they arrive, their name, what they’re hoping for this Christmas and a few little details you’ve shared with us. He might even know whether he needs to look for a chimney on Christmas Eve! We want every visit to feel personal and genuinely magical.
During their visit, each child will:
- Have their own personal experience with Santa
- Receive a craft gift from Santa
- Decorate their own Christmas cookie
- Enjoy a hot chocolate
- Have Christmas colouring to enjoy
- Have plenty of opportunities for you to take your own photos with Santa, Mrs Claus and around the woodland
And while the children enjoy the Christmas magic, you can settle in at The Front Room for coffee, cake or something to eat.
Every Grotto booking also gets 10% off food and drink at The Front Room during their visit. Excludes alcohol and cannot be used with any other offer.
